Amazing Spa.....Fish Spa

My mom just experienced last monday (August 29, 2011) this unusual kind of spa....Fish spa ( mom... where are the pictures???)

I first heard and watched about it at Korina Sanchez TV show ( i think it's Balitang K) in where the spa are using an amazing species of fish known as Garra rufa as a cosmetic beautifying treatment and as a cure for a variety of skin diseases. And through net, this Garra rufa can be found in river basins around the Northern and Central Middle East, in countries like Turkey, Syria, Iraq and Iran, but it is now artificially bred in outdoor pools specifically for the spas.

And my research says, spas using fish have opened in Japan, China, Malaysia, South Korea or Singapore as local attraction and cosmetic facilities and less as skin disease facilities. And if we enjoy taking care of our skin, we know that treatment using exfoliation might have powerful chemicals which may cause skin irritations, we might consider trying Fish spa to say goodbye to our old skin and hello to a new healthy and smooth layer of our skin.

I ask my mom if this amazing fish really makes her relax for a little while after a very long walk at the Manila Ocean Park (A fish spa is also one of the attraction at the Manila Ocean Park) or did the fish bite her??? But she replied, " it is for you to find out".. Hmm. well anyway 15 days of waiting before i personally experience it is not long enough (excited???) . But can't wait to share with you the feeling of having "eaten" by this little fish ( just my feet and may be my hand) and being attack by this little guys and for me to say Goodbye old skin!!!! Welcome to a new healthy smooth (like a baby) skin.

Oh well, before I forget I also had my second encounter with this Fish Spa, at my friend facebook account. .. we also have it at La Union (Kultura Resort) , 2 hours drive away from San Quintin, Pangasinan (my hometown)... might go there after my gfs give birth...and experience with them this amazing Spa...fish Spa ( my gf. ma'm jane might treat us...huh)

It's been more than 4 months now since we've been to Tramway and experienced it's superb Buffet , and eat all you can food. Take a look for some of the food we've enjoyed.....

Ohh...it's Arnold's food hehe..Camaron Rebosado at the top and some Buchee..with chopsuey and a fried rice, with lechon kawali.

hmmm, we have beef with broccoli, patatim and sushi here..if i remember it right this is an extra plate for ...me??? whoaa!!! just the sushi and beef with broccoli, the patatim??? well it's for arnold..

well, this is also an extra plate...haha for me and arnold again??? nope it's phia's extra plate.. Can't wait for another buffet again...hope to have one or two or three..haha...sooonnn!!
